Calorie Accumulation Computing

Burned calories can be determined in the calorie accumulation function during a physical activity.  With information about sex, weight, a "sport’s specific factor", the actual burned energy of a person can be
determined during a training unit; and the total burned energy at the end of a training unit.

Training With The SHAPE Watch; Simple

1. Set the heart rate limits for your training goal.

2. Set the sport type factor you are about to do.

   • Example: 00065 for Nordic Walking – is set. Now you can start.

3. Start the Stopwatch when you start your training session.

4. Training Time & Actual Heart Rate Are Displayed.

5. Press 'B' Mode button, To Display The Maximum Heart Rate Recorded During The Session.

6. Heart Rate Zones - Exceeding Limits Will Blink The Display.

7. Below Zone - Down Arrow Appears And Heart Rate Display Blinks!

8. Above Rate Zone - Up Arrow Appears And Heart Rate Blinks!

9. If You Set The Alarm, A Beep Sound Is Heard When Alarm Goes Off!

10. Press 'B' Mode Button Again To Display Calories Burned.

11. To Stop Training, Press 'C' Button To Stop Stopwatch; This Stops Training Session.

12. To Reset Computer Functions: Press 'C' Button for 2 Seconds. This Will Reset ALL Data (Stop-watch, max HR and Calories).

Menu Driven

Set -- Set the time, date, the upper and lower heart rate zone limits, and the factor for calorie accumulation.

Mode -- Change Display To Time, Date, Stopwatch, Max. Heart Rate and Calorie Accumulation. In the setting mode, use this button to change the data settings.

Chrono -- Set Start or Stop and reset stopwatch to zero.

Alarm -- On and Off
