The minimum
price is passed onto a self-served buyer because there is
minimal labor in reshipping a product we receive from the
factory. We do not check the product since that is a
service; we pay our employees, which is part of full
service. The self-serve buyer chooses to take this
responsibility. Full-Service retail prices cover the costs
for providing the full-service customer with lifetime
product support, friendly skilled professional help,
product consulting, product locating services, product
servicing, product orientation, a friend in the business,
etc.. The small amount paid over the self service will
help cover the costs for our skilled labor, customer
support services, and facility costs in providing and
maintaining a full service factory authorized dealership
for those customers that appreciate good friendly service
- we have been doing this since 1930!
The online
self-serve buyer takes all responsibility for the sale and
support of the product after the sale. Products come with
Garmin's USA warranty. Any missing parts or warranty claims
should be directed directly to Garmin. There is no
exchange, or refund privileges associated with self-serve
orders; sold "as-is". If a return is authorized for a
special reason, there will be a 15%
restocking charge on the products returned in the exact
condition as it was shipped from Casanova's; this means
all included materials are present with factory sealed
packaging still sealed and warranty card has not been
damaged or written on.
