Click The 'File' Menu, Then Select 'Open' From The Menu, To Load The Saved MapSource Document Containing The Desired GPS Waypoint, Track And Route Files, Into The MapSource Application.

In The Example Above, Track Points Are Being Displayed On A MapSource Basemap.

Save The Track Points As A Tab-Delimited Text File.  Click The 'File' Menu, Then The 'Save As' Menu Option.

Change The 'Save as Type:' to 'Text (Tab delimited) (*.txt)'.  Enter A Filename, Remember The Place Where The File Is Saved.

Open ALL TOPO MAPS:. Next Click The 'Annotations' Menu; Select 'Import/Export' From Menu; Select 'Import Annotations...' Menu Option.

Next, Click On The '...' Button To The Right Of The Filename:

Browse For The Text File That Was Previously Exported From MapSource.

Click 'Open'.

Make Sure The 'Delimeters' Entry Contains A "\t".

Set The 'Coordinate' Value To Be The 'Column Header' That Contains The 'Track Elevation' Followed By "~S".

(In The Following Example, The Track-Point Locations Are Stored In Column %2%.)  Click The 'Convert' Button To Test.

Finally, Click The Green Check Mark Button '3. Append Waypoints to Annotations'.  This Will Add The Points To The 'ALL TOPO MAPS:' Current Map Document.

Note The Small Yellow Dots On The Sample Map Above.  Each Yellow Dot With Blue Boarder Is One Of The Garmin Trackpoints.
