JULY 2008

Off Again To Pensacola Florida, This Time Commercial Air Travel And The Same Traveller 60!

Wisconsin To Florida Via A Plane Switch.

Results: Exceptional Service.

The Day Pack Was Easy To Zip Off Quickly And Handle As I Carried The Main Pack As A Softside Suitcase.  I Left The Cover Panel Over The Backpack Harness.  It Looked Relativity Small. I Had Both Packs In Hand As I Walked Up To The Boarding Gate.  There Was No Issues With The Bordering.  Both Fit Into Overhead Space.  Note, These Were Very Small Jets With Only 3 Seats in A Row!  The Daypack Was No Problem Fitting Under The Seat.  This Daypack Was Loaded: Snack Bars, Cameras, Papers, Note Book, Keys, Stuff, And A Large Portable GPS.

At Times The Day Pack Was Moved From Overhead To Under The Seat In Front Of Me With no Problems.  Very Easy And Comfortable To Handle And Access The Items In The Pockets.

There Was Only One Small Commuter Jet, Between Pensacola Florida And Texas, Which Had Tiny Overhead Compartments.  A Baggage Handler Had To Load The Large Pack Below In Baggage.  On Arrival In Texas, The Traveller 60 Was Given A Complement By The Handler Unloading And Carrying The Bag To Me!  he Was Impressed At The Style And Easy Handling And Very Impressed When He Saw Me Zip Down The Cover And Revealing A Hardcore Backpacking Harness.  Within A Minute It Was On My Back, Sporting As An Impressive High-End hardcore Serious Backpack.  Very Cool.

All Clothing Remained Strap-Down In Place, There And Back, And During My Stay With A Friends.  It Was Easy To Live From For The Weekend.  A Perfect Traveling Companion.  In Milwaukee The Bag Shows No Wear Or Tear After A Camping Weekend In The Wilderness, A Weekend in Florida And 4 Commercial Airline Flights Across America!

There Was Plenty Of Space To Hold Everything!  Simple Outstanding!
