memory buckle maintains the desired fit around the ankle
once it is positioned by the skater. To position the memory
buckle, locate the clamp on the inside of the cuff, push the
clamp open and pull the strap to the desired tension. Then
insert metal pin into the front of the clear plastic lever
on the outside of the cuff and pull back to lock into
position.
