A Large Bright Red Flag With High-Contrasting White Diagonal Line, Made From High-Grade Materials That Will Not Fade And Will Not Rip In High Winds Normally Encounter On Bodies Of Water; And, The Flag Must Be Fully Erect At All Times Without Any Need For Wind. With Diver-Towed Flags, The Flag Must Be As High Off The Water AS Possible So That Boaters Can See The Flag. The Float Device To Hold The Flag Off The Water Must Absolutely Not Be Able To Be Pulled Underwater By The Diver! Anything Less Than The Outlined Criteria Above For A Dive Flag, Is Not A Proper Functional Safety Device To Risk Your Life On! And, In Many Cases Around The World, There Are Laws That Govern What A Dive Flag Must Be! WARNING ---- When Using A Floatation Dive Flag For Towing While Diving, YOU MUST BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING!
