The hollow-ground blade is 3/16" Thick, with a 2" section of the primary blade serrated. The blade tip has a Tanto style design that angles the blade to a sharp, yet high-strength point. A 2-3/4" section of the spine is hollow-ground as a secondary cutting edge. The 5" handle is removable for cleaning after a salt water dive. 11-3/4" overall length. Kydex sheath, form fitted to the knife with nylon webbing, is included.

The tail end of the blade's body is made flat and sticks out a little from the handles as a surface for tapping with. A proper metal-to-metal contact can be made when trying to attract attention to one's self underwater.
